Preregister for PragoVespa early and receive an Early Bird Discount and order your event shirt to guarantee your size. Registration includes access to all events and your rally bag full of scooter themed goods from our sponsors.

  • T-shirt sizes can be ordered by 30th April 2022 (after that, you will be lucky to get one on-site)
  • Electronic pre-registration is possible by 13th June 2022.
  • Registration fee depends on schedule:
    „Early Bird discount“
    until 20th March 2022    		 Standard Registration
    from 21st March till 30th April 2022    		 Late Registration
    from 1st May till 13th June 2022    		 On-Site Registration
    17th + 18st June 2022
    Registration fee 250 CZK / 11 EUR 350 CZK / 15 EUR 350 CZK / 15 EUR 350 CZK / 15 EUR
    T-Shirt 250 CZK / 11 EUR 250 CZK / 11 EUR not applicable – hopefully one will be left that you can purchase on-site 350 CZK / 15 EUR (while supplies last)

    Save up to 200 CZK per person, plus you will guarantee your shirt, with the Early Bird Registration.

  • T-shirt discount applies only when booked online in advance. We cannot guarantee all sizes will be available for sale on site.
  • We cannot guarantee rally bags for on-site registrations

How to register?

  • Send us an email at pragovespa@vespaclubpraha.cz
  • Put REGISTRATION in the subject
  • In the body, please provide the following information:
    Surname:
    Name:
    T-shirt? yes – no
    T-shirt sizes wanted:

    • men’s S – M – L – XL – XXL
    • women’s XS – S – M – L – XL
    • women’s tank top XS – S – M – L

     

In case you are registering multiple people, please make sure to list the above details for each person in a separate paragraph. You don’t need to write anything else – the above details are sufficient. Your message should then look like this:

Confirmation and payment

After we receive your email, we’ll reply back to you with instructions on how to pay along with the total cost and the account information for payment. Please make sure all the registration details are correct. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation and put you on the guest list.

If you’re not sure about the exact t-shirt size, please refer to the size charts – men’s, women’s t-shirts, or women’s tank top respectively.



Processing personal data

Your personal data provided by registering for PragoVespa will be used to identify you upon arrival to receive your rally pack and t-shirts (name and surname); for contacting you back in case of any unclear or missing information during the registration process (email or phone number) or for your t-shirt order (t-shirt version and size). By sending the registration email you give consent to processing of your personal data. None of your personal data will be provided to a 3rd party.
